Deleted both devices from the list of known Bluetooth devices and registered them again If I switch off Bluetooth and switch it back on, I have a few minutes for normal behavior of my Magic Mouse and keyboard, but then same problem again.

Then I noticed the mouse movement on screen was stuttering, not constantly, but sometimes more, sometimes less but no serious work possible. Sometimes I push a key on the keyboard and three or more times the letter appears on screen. After upgrading to 10.6.8 and after some minutes working I realized my keyboard input was faster than the text appearance on screen.
